When you complete a brief we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and the answers you give.

When you request the detailed audit report we collect your email address and your scores.

If you accept analytics cookies we collect anonymised usage data about pages viewed. If you decline, no analytics are loaded at all.

To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list without a separate opt-in.

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted.

You can request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data at any time, and you can withdraw consent at any point.

Write to giovanni@formule.io and we will action it within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.

We use a transactional email provider to deliver enquiry notifications and your confirmation email, and a scheduling provider for booked calls. Both process data on our instructions only.
